Default Two very stupid questions...

With the 7510, can you accept meeting invites via outlook?

can i set it up automatically so that when i plug the device into my laptop, it automatically syncs without me having to open up the Desktop Manager?

I cant answer your first question, but yes, you can sync without you opening desktop manager, select for desktop manager to open up upon starting the computer, and select automatically sync.

Presto, your problem is solved.

In Intellisync, you have to setup the AutoStart feature.

Also, you can only accept meeting requests on your BlackBerry if you are setup through a BES.

Yes, Desktop Manager must be open to sync.

What you might want to do is set the autostart features. Then, go to the actual desktop manager options, and set it to "Hide when minimized".

Then, from there, drop a shortcut into your startup folder. That way, all you ever see is the desktop manager icon in the systray, and it does what it's supposed to do as soon as you plug it in. I set almost everyone up this way so that they get synched every time they go to charge.
