Hi,
I am at the end of my tether!
I seem to have tried everything on the net that offers a solution to reload the software. I have a bb 8320 and a MAC. Does any one have any new ideas on how to fix the problem? I have downloaded the lastest version of the the desktop manager but it simply keeps saying it does not have any software for my device!!! I would be really GRATEFUL for any new input! Thanks....

This would probably be better answered in the Mac Users Corner.

I could be mistaken, but I believe you must use a PC or some PC like simulator on your MAC to load an OS on your BB. If I am wrong others will correct me.
