Hi folks

I have taking the step of purchasing a curve 8520, used to be a nokia person.

My question is how do i go about personalizing my phone with a name so when someone say bluetooths a piccie they will know its my phone. i hope that made sense

picce = picture

try to make it even simpler

on my last phone a nokia i was able to give the phone a name ie steve 1 iif i was to blue tooth info to a friends phone it would show up as steve 1

also same in reverse, my friend wanted to bluetooth a piccie (sorry picture ) say in a pub (public house ) and loads of phones would come up and if my phone was named it would be easier

Ah ok. Never heard the term piccie before. Seems easier to type pic or picture, but oh well.

Options > Bluetooth > tap the blackberry key and choose options > "Device Name". Hope that is what you're looking for.
