Have you received an activation password from your company IT Department?
At what stage does the activation fail? Can you provide some details?
Have you spoken to your BES provider about this yet?

The activation password is provided by whomever manages your BlackBerry Enterprise Server.
This is usually the IT department at your place of work.
You should start there.

In that case, Enterprise Activation doesn't apply to you. Ignore it!.

Slow down. Don't use foul language.

Are you on a BES or a BIS?

If you are on a BES, consult with your IT administrator.

If you are on BIS, do you have a BLACKBERRY INTERNET DATA SERVICE PLAN from your phone service provider/carrier. You will NOT be able to set up personal email without the proper data plan activated.
