shows the 9700 with OS6.

This is about as confusing as Skype on BB. Is it available or not!!!!

If OS6 is on current production it must be available as an upgrade.

SKYPE is only available on Verizon as far as I know. Don't think it has been released to the "wild" yet.

The 9780 is sold with OS 6. Don't think the 9700 is unless certain carriers have released it.

Where specifically does it show that? I can't spot it.

AFAIK, OS6 for the 9700 is not out in production, beta only. Personally, I'd be amazed if a carrier were shipping a 9700 with OS6...
