Default recieving instant messages and email

Please Login to Remove!

Hello,
My blackberry bold 9700 was working well until my broadband connection went down last week. It has been sorted by BT, and now my blackberry does not want to connect to my homehub properly. It is unable to send/recieve instant messages or emails. (it just puts a little red clock up). When i went into the setup bits, it said it was unable to connect as it did not have the IP address. I found the IP address from my laptop and entered this in manually to my blackberry but its still not working. Can anybody help please?
Thankyou.

Battery pull and resend service books. what is "BT"?

And what cell carrier do you use? Please add to your profile as it helps to know where you are.

Please update your profile to show O2 as the carrier.

When all else fails - use the SEARCH feature and read the FAQ: How do I resend my service books? - BlackBerryFAQ
