i have a blackberry bold 9700 and my msn/email contacts were synced to the phone. this wasn't a problem, but when i looked at my contact list on the phone, it had a lot of emails and it was frustrating, so i deleted them all. little did i know that this would delete my email contacts OFF MSN! so now i have a blank msn list because i deleted them off my phone!

Is there any way to retrieve the email addresses back?!
this is a very frustrating situation because i don't want to go back and add everyone again.

Do you have a back up file for the BB? Or for MSN?

Did you back up the contacts before you deleted them?
If not... then no, they're gone.
