I recently received a replacement phone from Asurion and I'm not sure if it's a new phone or a refurb. I think refurb because the top piece kind of sticks out but that's not an issue. However, what is an issue is the screen. I can't really explain it well so hopefully someone can relate to what I'm talking about. Sometimes it's extremely unresponsive to touch, it's slow and laggy. Also, when I hold down the BB button and see my open apps, I can't drag the bar sometimes and it seems almost stuck. Also I tend to feel an almost double click sometimes when I press down where it'll put two spaces or hit something twice. Sometimes it also will just go all over the place where I'll touch somewhere and it'll react someone totally differently. Can anyone think of anything I can do here? I seem to remember something with my original Storm 1 where I loosened a few screws on the back but I'm not sure with this one. Thanks.
