Default can anyone help a technophobe?

Please Login to Remove!

i just posted another message about this but then i lost it

i have a new BB curve- it was on orange but has been unlocked. have put my O2 sim in- calls and SMS are ok but i don't know how to get the web browsing stuff and emails working... tried asking O2 to send the settings but it didn't work- is there a way of doing it manually? (for someone who is not great with technology! )

thanks

Hi - in order to do more that calling and SMS, you will need a specific BlackBerry Data Plan or add-on to your account. Call O2 and ask them to add it - and it is an additional cost.
Once they add the correct service plan, you should be able to add an e-mail account and browse.

Under settings there should set an Internet Email option. That should tell the servers to switch your Blackberry service to the new one...
