Default New Bold 9650/Verizon 3G network sporadic

Hi,

Please help!

New Bold 9650 not holding 3G network connection. After a brief period, changes to 1X, then 256. Connecting at 1X is really slow. 256 is no coverage. Failed connection messages state one of the following:

•Insufficient network coverage
•communications failure
•no service

Also can't hold incoming or outgoing telephone calls.

Have called Verizon repeatedly, changed SID, etc., and service books flow to my phone all day.

Nothing's helping.

Thanks and appreciate advice, please.

You indicate your in Florida. Verizon like all carriers have dead areas in the service. looking at the coverage map on their web site it does show service issues in southern Florida and other sections. I would look at the maps on their web site and see if you are in a good area first. that may be your problem.

Thanks, Mr. Sanders. I'm in GA now. Need to update profile but can't locate. Please tell me location.

Also apologize for delay. I have to keep resetting. 3G cuts in and out and finally dead ends at no connection - so reset over and over again.

I appreciate your help and tried so many times last night to stay connected but to no avail.

Mr. Sanders, this is for Verizon - a simple and quick fix.
