hi, I've got a blackberry torch 9800. I have installed the desktop software v6 and after i configured the settings for the calendar, memo pad, address and tasks to my microsoft outlook 2003, the calendar portion says it's not installed and it unticks itself. I have the windows XP. I tried so many times and everytime after i finish configuring, the calendar remains unticked. When I hit sync the other 3 are synched to my phone but not the calendar. Can someone please help me? Thanks

did you tried on wirelesee by deleting CALC service book and then resending

Huh? How do I do that? Please help. I must say though that I have 2 email accounts in my phone. One is my work email and one personal. the outlook has my office email. Is that the problem? But I didn't face any problems with my old blackberry curve. thanks

If your work email comes from the BES you cannot use redirector via desktop manager.
