After a sync the new information added to the BB contacts does not show up in Outlook. I have a 9330 curve and sync it with Outlook using the USB cable and BB desktop software. All applications are set up for two way sync. The calendar, memo, and to-do sync OK. Only problem is with contacts/address book.

The 9330 is running OS 6, and the newest bb desktop software. It is set up for two way sync for all organizer data. Running Windows XP and Outlook that came with Office XP

Try a one way sync from the device --> outlook fisrt.

Thanks. I did that and it got all my new contact info from the blackberry to outlook. But the next time I changed contact info on the blackberry and did a two way sync the new info from the blackberry did not show up on Outlook.
