Cancel those Vodafone, O2 and T-Mobile orders! Orange has announced the rollout of their EDGE network in the UK with 300 base stations already online and 1,500 more coming. Orange Business indicates 8700 available in the UK by end of Feb 06. I guess Orange is now the best option for the 8700, who wants to be limited to GPRS from the other carriers? Any hints of EDGE support from the other UK carriers?
