when i click to download the new software why does it make me have to enter so much of personal information? like my name and last name and where i live?

and also when i tried to just do it from the site where it says find updates it says it cant find any and to reload something and re plug my device back in.. why isent it finding the new OS 6 for me?

can someone give me a step by step tuturial on how to update my OS on my curve 9300 at&t. ive already downloaded desktop for my BB and i dont know what that load thing is that i have to open.. thats my main problem.

nvm i did it last night.. im going back to the old OS i dont like how chats look in OS 6.
