im using OS 5 right now so i do not have the new upgrade BBM app.. i wanna try the BBM upgrade but if i dont like it is there a way to go back to the old bbm? if so how would i do that just in case.

Well if you dont update your BBM version then it's okay as nothing happens. But if u've upgraded it then you cant get back the older versions

when i changed my os, it reverted me back to the previous version of BBM, its long winded but if you wanted to you could always do it that way?
