Default Inside a Playbook?

Please Login to Remove!

Has anyone seen a video that shows the inner workings of a Playbook?

I wonder in a years time when people need to replace the batteries in their devices how that is going to be possible?

Same question any Apple user needs to ask..iPad, iPod, iPhone, MacBook air, any of their laptops...

Most companies would maybe expect a 3-5 year lifetime on batteries, then as the consumer you buy the new model...

When/if the time comes, you will ask yourself (1) Is the cost of a new device less, or low enough, and the new device sufficiently more capable, to make buying a new device more attractive than paying to have new batteries put in the old PlayBook; or (2) does it even matter?

And you may have already sold the PlayBook or handed it down by then.

Take care of the batteries in the meantime. Don't routinely run down completely. Dont leave in a hot car. And don't leave in a car or anywhere in freezing temperature weather where the batteries cojld freeze.

Hot and cold weather are very hard to avoid when you live in places of the world were it's super hot or super cold!

You do what you can. But being outside where it's 110-120F in the shade is nothing compared to being in a parked car just about anywhere in spring and summer for an hour or two. Likewise, short exposure to cold while walking somewhere is nothing to being left in the car overnight in below freezing weather.

And don't forget checked baggage. I ruined some NiMH batteries by accident on a trip to Alaska in the winter by putting them in a checked bag, and they froze.

Obviously you have never been to South America to any of the coastal cities. It doesn't matter if you have your PB inside a car or inside our house because they are both the tempture as the only thing that protects you from the sun down there is the outside brick; they put studs or dry wall up, its just the outside brick wall and the cenment inside...either way the brick and cement turn your home into a keml.
