Hi,

I am not sure why this happens but when I get an email to m BlackBerry Tour, it will stay there for what I assume is 24 hours. Then it disappears? Yet when I use my computer and I download it with Outlook - the email is there. Unless I delete from both mailbox and handheld.

I really want to be able to have the emails that I don't delete to not just delete automatically as often I don't have access to my laptop.

Please could anyone help as to why this is happening?

Could be a memory issue. In some BBs and with some OS', when memory starts to run low, the device will automatically delete unnecessary files, such as email, call log, etc. How much free memory do you have?

What OS are you running?

I have 102.5MB free application memory and 1.8GB free on the media card. It's a Tour running OS5.

I think it might be due to Outlook taking the message off the server which I have now changed but then I wonder why would the email be deleted on the BB just because Outlook has downloaded it?
