I am having problems accessing my corporate email via OWA on my playbook. I have heard that you need to use opera mini to access but cannot get that installed. Please help with installing opera mini or other ways of getting owa to work. I have my playbook but not a blackberry phone.

Now BlackBerry data plan, no downloading of ANYthing via your PlayBook. You'll need to download Opera onto your pc and then install it from there onto your PlayBook.

I dont think Opera is available for the PB...and I do believe you can download stuff via wifi...

I did download the opera to my PB (and I can see it is there but was not instructed how to install or start it.

I have resolved my problem. It was a simple as typing in the internet address of my owa site in the browswer and pressing go. I had always tried to get to it via google or bing.

I had previously downloaded a certificate for my site so that probably helped.

I thought you needed a data plan on a BlackBerry linked via Bridge in order to download stuff. Live and learn!

No, you can download stuff via Wi-Fi with the browser. What you can't do is install applications. Applications can only be installed from App World or by using the development tools.
