Hello all! I have a problem with my volume and mute keys when playing music. They won't work unless I go to Now Playing, otherwise the volume won't change and I can't mute the music. I forgot what I did wrong and I can't undo it.

everything I read indicates you must be in the now playing mode to control volume.

I'm doing it now as I post this. I'm on the browser screen and playing an mp3 from the media card. Volume and mute work fine. 9700/5.0.0.714.

Did you drop it? This happened to my friends Curve and his buttons began only working in the music but would not adjust anything else.
