New BES Admin here..

Have an issue where I have setup a new 5.0.3 MR4 server on a 2008 R2 server. Everything is up and running except that users cannot send from their devices. (Red X)

I have gone throught all the documentation about revoked permissions and know that it is not the issue. 2 reasons, one I can log into a system with the BES adm acct and create a email profile and send from it all day. the other is that I have a 4.1.6 server that I am going to be migrating from useing the same account. Verified with RIM that I could use the same account and have them going through the logs to see if I have missed something.

This is the only error that I can find that I cannot locate an answer for:

This happens to new users activated on the 5.0.3 server or ones migrated over from 4.1.6.

Anyone have any thoughts?? Thanks!!

If the permissions are correct. Are you sure that your BES configuration is correct.
Especialy: SRP Communication?

Component View-> BlackBerry Enterprise Server-> Select the Server
And check if SRP Status is = Connected
