New bold 9930, I'm trying to setup an email account but when I click on email icon nothing happens. What's wrong?

You need a BlackBerry data plan active on your account. Call "mobile" and have them add it. Once it's there you'll get the option to set up personal email.

And please update your profile to show the correct BB you are using and your cell carrier.
