Default Can't find the ALT key for unlock code 9860

Please Login to Remove!

Trying to enter network unlock code into BB 9860, but when I try MEP2 no unlock comes up
ALT does appear in top right corner when I press numeric pad to enter the 2, but no windows asking for unlock code pops up

Anyone know how I do this ?

The guy who unlocked my device in the mall today used some kind of software application to do get the IMEI number and the software itself sent the info to do the MEP2 so all the guy had to do was enter in the unlock code.

If you have any big malls were you live I would ask one of the cell stores if they know if any of the kios people who unlock devices.

Hi colonel,

After you type MEPD before you tried typing MEP2, what was displayed on the screen?

If it said "Network - Disabled" then that means your phone is already network unlocked, which would explain why typing MEP2 won't do anything.
