Default My 9780 is blacklis. What should I do?

Please Login to Remove!

I bought a blackberry 9780 in cragslits, but when I inserted the simcard then the phone said "Phone not allow MM6" I called to Tmoblie technical service and they said my phone is blacklist. Please tell me what should I do?
If I unlock my phone, can I use my phone with other carrier like At&t or can I use the phone in another country(my phone is Tmoblie) Thanks for any help!

Return the stolen BlackBerry for a full refund from the seller who sold it to you.

NJBlackBerry is right. There's nothing else you can legally do (or that won't risk damaging the device anyway).
