I run a blackberry sales and repairs store and when ever I replaced the LCD for this units(007) the replacement LCD always shows pail (white) but it works fine just hard to read messages.Does anyone else have this problem?

There might be different LCD versions for that model. Are you certain the version you are replacing it with matches what was in it before?
