Does anyone have an idea how you get in touch with RIM other than driving over to the office and stapling a letter to the front door? I have been searching for some time for an email address and it appears that the corporation has made itself all but impenetrable to the common rabble like me who buy their products. ( of course this is one of the problems with RIM that has lead them into this god awful mess I suppose
).
Any one have an email address ( I am the last human being who does not use the social networks like facebook etc) or should I get the stapler out?
