Hi,

Recently got an email to update the software on my blackberry 9300. Went onto the blackberry website to do this and only downloaded the blackberry device software update. After doing this did the update but since have lost all my photos. When I go into my pictures folder and press import pictures seem to have the photos still there. But says have 37 pictures but 0 folders and won't let me import them. Am sure when was updating said it was doing a backup but can't now find this. And didn't realise should have downloaded the desktop software and done a backup before I updated. Also don't have a memory card. Is there anyway of retrieving my photos?

Backup is with the extension .ipd

Are you sure they are missing and not in another folder?
