Hi everybody, i need your help..
Prior to sell my BB i backed up all the data included 150 photos via BB protect and now i need to download them back to my pc. The only chance website gives me is to restore all the data onto a blackberry via wifi but obviously it is not possible as i don't have it anymore.
Anyone as a suggestion?Thanks for your help!

Did you have the photos on the sd card in the BB? If so, just insert the card using an adapter into the PC.

Good point but Sd erased and gone with BB..

1. BlackBerry Protect does not backup photos.
2. BlackBerry Protect does not backup the Media Card.
3. BlackBerry Protect does not have the functionality to download the backed up data to a computer.

If you did not backup the photos to a computer before the Media Card was wiped, then they are likely gone unfortunately.

Thanks gor answering,so basically it seems there is no chance to get them via protect...
Any other idea?

There is no chance of "getting them via protect" because they are not there to begin with.

Again, if you did not backup the photos specifically to a computer, then they are gone.

I'mn always amazed at the number of people who dont do a simple backup using Desktop Manager especially when it's free.
