Well thanks to your help that was all sorted out. I acquired a temp SRP key and auth code and have used the transporter tool to migrate three user across for testing for a few weeks before I start moving everyone else across.

One of the users on the new server said that this morning when he turned on his bb at 7am he received five emails from the day before that were dated as the previous day at 11am and were definitely received at that time because outlook shows the messages. Any ideas how I can troubleshoot this problem? All the other bb reported no issues. Might have just been a few delayed emails due to exchange or mimecast (our external spam filter) but it realy does look like an issue with the bb only.

could have had the signal off, has happened here a few times.

monitor it for a few days and see if it persists
