Default populating folders

Please Login to Remove!

i just got a 9930. it works with our ms exchange environment. it shows all my emails in my inbox. but eventhough it shows my folders, they are empty except for email processed since the bberry was set up.

i have outlook 2010 on win 7. my support person said forward my emails to myself to populate the folders. if i mark all the email in a folder and do fwd it sends all the emails attached to one email being forwarded, not fwd individually. i do not want to do each email individually. is there a way to do this?

thanks

Remote folders must be allowed in a BES system. Mine is blocked and gives a not available error.
