Hi friends, does anyone else have this problem? I turn on bluetooth on both devices, make them discoverable, the playbook takes some time tell me that the Z10 has been found and gives the name of the phone. However the blue tooth icon on neither the phone nor the playbook lights up. If I click onthe name of the phone on the playbook on the connection page it goes to a page that says pairing is in progress. The message alsostates a pairing number and asks me if that is the number the z10. Choosing yes or no results in the page telling me that pairing has failed.

Can anyone help? I like the z10 but frankly there are just too many problems. My two previous Curves bluetooth paired withheld playbook without any effort. The z10 still uses OS 10.1

You might try deleting the Bridge app from your devices and reinstalling it.

Thank you. I tried all suggested and still not pairing. Well all except the wipe and reload of the OS. Not confident enough yet to do that. Thanks anyway. Regards

I was under the impression that BB10 devices did not work with the PlayBook like BB7 devices. BlackBerry Bridge doesn't allow BB10 devices to share information with the PlayBook.
