Cingular Global email and IPAC

Just purchased a BB 8700 for globel email option, I need use of WORD, ACT! and EXCEL for my PDA, and wanted a camera to eliminate need to carry multiple devices. HP IPAC did all except for the global email
Can HP connect to Cingular global emai?
Am I missing the functions of the BB, perhaps it can do what I need? \
Basic questions, any help is appreciated
