Default shark modem

Please Login to Remove!

Ok I am on "edge wireless" in Northwestern California and southern Oregon. We use both Cingular and AT&T and I have loaded up both shark modem on my laptop and my 7290 handheld. I am showing that the shark modem emblem is connected with 0 bytes received and XXXX bytes transferred. I have tried the following settings.

APN: wap.cingular
Username: [email address]
Password: CINGULAR1

APN: proxy
Username: (blank)
Password: (blank)

Any help will be great and if you need further info let me know

How can you use both. Which SIM do you have Orange or Blue. Use those settings and give it a try and then contact their support if need be.

I'm on blue I believe, provider site is

edgewireless.com/

support is of no help, they mentioned that they cant provide that information.

My local customer rep said that he knows of other customers that are able to "teather" their BB to their laptop.

Have you removed battery (hard reset) on your device after changing APN settings?
