Hello,
BES server w/21 users. One of my users asked about creating a subfolder in Outlook 2003 for a group of specific contacts. I have a few questions:

1. Does the subfolder need to be under contacts?
2. If the contacts are in a subfolder, will those contacts show up on the users BB?
3. How often do the contacts get sync'd with the BB, can this be foreced with reconcile now?

yes sub folders should be under contacts but they won't show up unless you specify the sub folder from PIM options

RE: #2 In our corporate (in-house BES and Exchange) environment, all Contacts sub-folders synch (reconcile) with the handheld by default. (we don't use the Desktop software at all - everything is OTA/wireless).

RE: #3 - afaik, Contacts reconcile 'immediately' upon making a change at either the device or the desktop. 'Reconcile Now' is only a menu choice in Messages (also afaik).
