I'm having problems getting themes on my phone using desktop manager. Evrytime i try adding it says XML error. SO far im using the OTA method of getting themes, but i want to use the desktop manager.

okay well first im trying to get this theme on this thread http://www.blackberryforums.com/showthread.php?t=30280. I'm looking at the 40th post (crossroad). I downlaod it and save it to program files. Then i open desktop manger and connect it to my BB with a usb. Then i hit app loader, then Add. i look for the file i downloaded then i hit ok then it says no additonal application designed for you device were found. Any ideas?

By any chance have you loaded the plazmic theme reader onto your BB before the theme .cod file? If not then delete the theme and load the theme reader then the theme. Also, what OS do you have?

Well im running a 4.1 OS. I dont know anything about the plazmic reader. How do i know if i have it? Does it automatically come with the phone? Well if it doesnt how can i get it?

When you unzip your theme file, there are four files. 2 .alx loader files and 2 .cod files.
There is One .alx file and One .cod file called com_plazmic_theme_reader.

Load this first, and then load your theme file. Plazmic theme reader shoudl work on 4.1 OS.

OK cool, once you have the plazmic theme reader installed you dont have to do it again. Just load up the theme file.
