I have just upgraded from ISA 2000 on SBS 2003 and have found that my Blackberry users can no longer send email from their handheld devices.
All other wireless connectivity operates and they can receive mail to the device but mail will not be sent from the handhelds.
I am sure that this is related to the ISA 2004 upgrade but I have the relevent 3101 TCP ports open in both directions.
Is there anything elses that I shoudl ensure is passing through my firewall?
We are struggling here without the service and our Service provider is lacking in ideas.
Any assistance would be appreciated.
Regards

Have you corrected this? I am having a similar issue. I'm using BES and it now says that the SRP server is "disconnected". All articles I have found point to the 3101 port, but this is open. Any suggestions?
We have 2 custom IP packet rules setup for BES going through ISA. One is for TCP traffic outbound on the remote port 3101 the other is UDP traffic in the direction Send Receive on the remote port 3101. Local port is set to all ports.
