Default 7100i error

Please Login to Remove!

I have had my blackberry for about a week and I went to use it today and it said "error 395". I cant get it to go past this error screen. The only thing I have used the phone for is to make calls. No internet..nothing. I did a search on here but didnt come up with much. I took the battery out to see if it would reset and that didnt help.

Thanks I guess Ill have to try that. I had seen that but was wondering if there was an easier way to fix it since I have no clue what im doing. And it said it was because of a third party application installed in which I have never downloaded anything to this phone.

Since the bat removal and restart did you no good, I figured this was your only chance

In the options menu you must also select usb or com as the connection type. Check that to make sure you are using the correct connection setting.

(just a thought)

I'm having the same problem with mine. It has just been sent into RIM and I've been given a loaner in the meantime.

I couldn't reload the OS because it wouldn't recognize a USB connection when connected, and they couldn't do anything about the problem at my retail store.

Also, i notice when loaded a os to the blackberry, that the Desktop Manager does say Disconnected it, when it really is still performing items.
