Default Blackberry Phone Question

Please Login to Remove!

I did a search but could find nothing on this. I know that on a blackberry that you can join or conference two calls. Is there a way to join the calls and then drop out of the call without disconnecting the other callers. Essentially it would be like a call transfer. I am in a heavy customer service industry and it would be way better to tell a customer that I can connect them to who they need to talk to as opposed to giving them another number that they need to dial.

Default RE: Phone call

Thank you. The thread you mentioned only covers conference calling. I know you can do that on a Blackberry, my question was about doing a 3-way call and then dropping out of the call without disconnecting the other parties. Kinda like a call transfer.
