Hello.

My 7100g is stuck in the mode where it always has ABC in the upper corner.

Auto type no longer works in this mode. If I want to type the letter Y for example, I must hit the 2 key twice.

Hold down the * key whilst in a message to get out of multi-tap.

It should be in your manual.
