I downloaded both Ramble and Quick IM to my 8700c. WHen I try to sign on I get the follwing message: "Invalid Connection String: could not open tunnel -failed".

Any help will greatly appreciated.

I just upgraded the OS to .309 so I could have the today themes and I am getting the same error. Did you upgrade the OS?

Sounds like you do not have the proper TCP settings entered (assuming you're on BIS.)

If you haven't already try sending service books to your phone. If that doesn't clear it up I'm not sure what would be causing it. I haven't tried this myself yet with mine so I'm not sure if it will clear it up or not.
