What are you trying to send? Is it forwarding a message you've received or a message you've already sent? If it's something you've received it's probably been moved off the mail server. If it's something you've sent it doesn't exist on the mail server.
Try forwarding using a different service book (assumming you have multiple accounts set up). Forward -> scroll to top of message where it says Send Using or Using and press the space bar to select a different service book.
