I feel for you. Last week I had three 8700c's in six days. The first two had defective screens. The Cingular rep -- while unenthusiastic and lacking any personality -- was at least understanding ("Yeah, that's an expensive phone so it should be right"), even though I was apprehensive about going in there for the third one.
Wow...I actually am dealing with getting my 8th Samsung A680 in a month. I am begging sprint to give me a new model for all the hassle, but they are meanies and refuse.

Interesting post. Because I just took delivery of my fifth 8700 under warranty today. And this time Rogers actually sent me a new one in a box! (The last refurb had a loose keyboard and the "i" key wasn't too reliable.)
But I'm ashamed to admit that it took me almost five months to burn through five 8700s. Doesn't even rate.
