Question What Screen Protectors are You Using?

Please Login to Remove!

I see that Boxwave does not carry any Crystal Clear Type screen protectors for the 8700r, which indeed is unfortunate. What are others using in terms of screen protectors?

Nick

I have tested a few different kinds, and the best ones I have seen, undoubtably, are the InvisibleSHIELDS. Here is a link to the review I posted about them.

sure know my invisable sheild is there. Not remotely invisable at all. It has fingerprints or smudges that are very difficult to get off. The surface is not so slick so rubbing it off with a cloth is less than satisfactory.

about to try pledge or other furniture spray polish!!

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) BlackBerry8700/4.1.0 Profile/MIDP-2.0 Configuration/CLDC-1.1 VendorID/102)

I don't really notice my InvisibleShield. I know its there, obviously- but its never been distracting. It seems to be anti glare when in bright light.

I use the bestskinsever as my screen protector and I know it's there but it does not reduce the functionality of the screen.

Default Screen protector

I am using Martin Shields. I have used them for my old SE P910 phone, my PSP and I even cut up an old one and used it on my SE W800i. Works lovely as long as no dust gets trapped underneath, but even then its not much effort to remove the particles, and you can wash them.

Default Invisibleshield and stuck in stock holster

Hey, does anyone have the 8700g with a full body invisibleshield and it gets a little stuck in the stock holster that comes from RIM? After putting on the shield its a lot tougher to slide out from the holster.

Screenpatronous for me and if you mention Stinson they may still be giving a 10% discount. Not sure, but I agree with Mr. Greenberg.

I have the bestskinsever on my 8700g and it does seem like it doesn't slide in and out as easy.

Screen Patronus works for me. Easy on and off, very clear and relatively inexpensive. Although its durability has been put into question, Screen Patronus has been durable enough to withstand various construction site conditions (blowing dust, pocket carry, a drop or two) thus far..

I have Screen Patronus. They came with my Berry (bought it off ebay). I just need to order another package...if I could figure out which category to order them from. Yeah, I'm kind of clueless.

The best screen protectors ever in my opinion are from Brando in hong kong. They ship worldwide and whilst a little more expensive can be reapplied many many times.Have used them for over 5 years on various devices
