If the spam is coming directly to your blackberry.net address, then your life just got harder. The filters available through BIS aren't really set up for spam filtering. You can allow or disallow individual addresses from being pushed to your BB, but that's probably not practical for spam.
Best strategy (purely hindsight) is to not give your blackberry.net address to anyone and use it only as a forwarding address, or, better yet, don't use it for anything. Instead, integrate an email service (Yahoo, Gmail) with good spam filtering into the BIS and use that to email from your BB.
If you stop using your blackberry.net address, then you can set up a filter in BIS to not forward email to that address to your handheld (stopping any spam from reaching your BB by that route). If you use it for just forwarding (as I do) then you can set up a filter to allow only email from the forwarding address to be sent to your handheld.
Good luck with it
