Hi all,
I constantly have an email icon on my 7290 TMO BIS designating that I have one unopened message; however, I have deleted all email and for some reason the icon remains. Anyone ever had this happen? I have tried both a soft and hard reset, but it's still there. Any help is appreciated.

I just found it it was one that mistakenly got placed in the saved message folder.

Look in the "View Saved Messages" folder and see if there is an unread message there.

I also had this happen for another reason. I had no saved messages in the Saved Messages folder, but I have Missed Phone Calls set to show up in the email message log. Because I had not opened or deleted the missed phone call entry, I had the email notification icon showing up which went away as soon as I handled the missed phone call.

Did you ever get a response to this? I have a TMo BB Pearl and I'm getting email notifications that NEVER go away. In fact they accumulate. I've cleared phone logs, saved messages and inbox of EVERYTHING...
