i bought a BB 7290 on the street....crackhead... anyway it is brand new and i was wondering is there a way for me to use it with my sprint account and if so how? it has a tmobile logo on the bottom.

No, TMo is a GSM network whereas Sprint is CDMA not compatible. Next time you might want to do some homework before purchasing.
