Does Blackberry handle TimeZone crossing and DST correctly?

Someone else put some event within outlook, a meeting invitation, also recurrencing, let's say, one year. OutLook can handle this correctly, 'cause the originator is in US(which has Day Light Time saving), and I'm in China (which doesn't have DST), the events displayed on BB just have 1 hour ealier then normal! Don't know someone else has this kind of issue or not.
