Congrats and welcome, for your 7130E, you need to set up via Enterprise Activation and then download the service books and then you'll see your browser icon.
If your uncertain as to how to do this, Sprint is just a phone call away and can walk you through it like they did for me which only took a few minutes.

if your not on a BES then you dont need enterprise activation. Try sending the service books.

You need to log into your BIS account and send the service books from there, in that case.

Do you have any browser at all? If not, you may need to go to Options -> Advanced Options -> Host Routing Table, click the wheel and "Register Now"

Try doing a battery reset. Take out the battery for about a min and then re-seat the battery in place.

Its definately the service books...

If there is nothing listed under service books, then this is 100% of your problem.

Had the same problem, had service books sent, and it's been working perfect

I had the same problem..it was probably worst but I finally got it fixed. First you need a Blackberry data plan. Contact sprint by phone for this and then they will tell you the steps to get your phone activated over the network. They might have to re-provision your phone.

You DO have a Blackberry plan (Unlimited or other) right?

Oh YEAH. That'll help a lot, too.

Perhaps we should have started our advice by asking this basic question.

Credit to bonddm for realizing the obvious.
