How do I stop the blackberry from changing the first letter when typing to a cap. I am attempting to enter case sensitive usernames/passwords, and no matter what I try, in both typing methods, once I type the full name/pw, the first letter goes caps. Any help would be appeciated. Thanks!

I noticed that if you changed to multi-tap instead of suretype, if you backspace to the letter that it will automatically lowercase the letter for you.

I have found that this sometimes works, but I figure there has to be a way to completely shut off this feature.

I don't know if it's the best solution, but you can use Auto Text and try that. Password fields should use MultiTap by default.
