does anybody know where to find a download for version 4.0 for the 7100t?

I did the upgrade, and can't stand how slow 4.1 is, but cant find a 4.0 version to fix my error.

did you do a backup before upgrading? if so you should be able to restore to your last backup.

You can not restore the OS from a backup.

ok, so what should I do? i tried the instructions from the link that is posted everywhere on this site. When i un-installed the 4.1 OS from my computer, nothing happened in Desktop manager. I also tried installing an older version of desktop manager....nothing...

what should i do next?

Two things. First, I would give 4.1.309 a few more days. It ran pretty slow on mine, but then it ran normal. I have wiped the BB clean and reinstalled it a few times and the same thing happens every time.

Second, if you can come up with a FTP site for me to use, I can upload you the 4.0.0.198 or 4.0.2.49. There each about 27mb.

I too am looking for OS Version 4.0 for t-mobile. I upgraded to 4.1 (from the t-mobile site) and everything is running fine and I really like the new features... but I'm have problems with voice quality. People say I all of a sudden sound distant and then also having issues when switching from headset to handset (microphone is muted even though menu says unmuted and no one can hear me).

A download site would be much appreciated.
