I downloaded the V4.1.1. etc I run it in the computer etc I conected my BB8700c and after that what? automatically changes the OS? or what should I do?

The update process should start as soon as you connect your BB to your computer after installing the OS on your computer. If you download an OS that is not from your carrier, you will need to delete the vendor.xml file in the C:\Program Files\Common Files\Research In Motion\AppLoader folder

4.1.1 is the BlackBerry Desktop Manger. You still need to download and install the handheld software for your specific device.
